En général, nous ne savons pas toujours pourquoi des administrateurs ou des cadres supérieurs de sociétés cotées vendent leurs actions : besoin de liquidités pour un projet privé ou pour exercer des stocks option, souci de diversification de leur patrimoine mobilier, perte de conviction dans la rentabilité future de l'entreprise pour laquelle ils travaillent ou surévaluation temporaire de l'action dont la vente leur permet de réaliser une bonne affaire ?
Par contre, il n'y a, à notre avis, qu'une seule raison pour laquelle un "insider" achète des actions de sa boîte : c'est qu'il y croit ...
Ainsi, lorsque nous avons lu que Christian Moretti, président du conseil d'administration et principal actionnaire de Dynaction, a acheté en janvier 2008 plus de 20 000 actions au cours de 10,50 euros et, en octobre 2007, plus de 400 000 bons de souscriptions de PCAS (principal actif de Dynaction), nous ne pouvons qu'en conclure une chose : "c'est qu'il y croit"
